We have created a line of hot sauces that we feel represent some of the unique flavors of the Caribbean!

We use only the finest ingredients. NO additives, NO preservatives. Nothing is powdered or dehydrated. Every sauce is made with fresh natural ingredients found here in the Caribbean. Every sauce is carefully monitored and hand bottled to ensure a high level of quality. This helps guarantee a consistently good tasting sauce!

We believe that hot sauce should enhance the flavor of food, not just set it on fire. So please take a few moments to browse through our website. Coqui Fire Cafe Restaurant!

The Coqui Fire Cafe is located on the Enchanted Garden Inn property in the former location of Cafe Violeta. On Tuesday and Thursday nights a Mexican Fiesta dinner is served from 5pm to 9pm. We offer such great things as carnitas, chili rellenos and homemade tamales. When you visit be sure to ask about the "Kig Kahuna" burrito! Thankful Frog Sauce Newest Edition To The Coqui Fire Family

On July 16th, Coqui Fire introduced it's 5th anniversary hot sauce sold in a limited edition commemorative bottle. The sauce was so good that everybody wanted more! They loved the combination of calabaza, vanilla, cumin, ginger root and brandy mixed with habanero peppers. But, what to to call the new sauce? Well, the aroma of the calabaza made the sauce smell like a pumpkin pie right out of the oven on Thanksgiving Day. And, we were certainly very thankful that everybody liked it. So... Thankful Frog Sauce was born! Now you can get some in time for the holidays.
