We have created a line of hot sauces that we feel represent some of the unique flavors of the Caribbean!

We use only the finest ingredients. NO additives, NO preservatives. Nothing is powdered or dehydrated. Every sauce is made with fresh natural ingredients found here in the Caribbean. Every sauce is carefully monitored and hand bottled to ensure a high level of quality. This helps guarantee a consistently good tasting sauce!

We believe that hot sauce should enhance the flavor of food, not just set it on fire. So please take a few moments to browse through our website. We will gladly mail the sauces of your choice right to your door. The price is $6 per bottle.  We look forward to hearing from you.

Coqui Fire Cafe Restaurant!

The Coqui Fire Cafe is located on the Enchanted Garden Inn property in the former location of Cafe Violeta. On Tuesday and Thursday nights a Mexican Fiesta dinner is served from 5pm to 9pm. We offer such great things as carnitas, chicken mole enchiladas and homemade tamales. When you visit be sure to ask about the "Big Kahuna" burrito! Food Network Star Visits Coqui Fire

In February 2008, we were so excited to have Chef Duff Goldman, "The Ace of Cakes", and his staff come to the Coqui Fire Cafe for dinner. They had just finished filming their latest season and had come to Vieques for a little R & R. They told us that when they arrived they were told that the Coqui Fire Cafe was a definite "must do" during their visit. Their verdict? Thumbs up from everyone. We gave Duff one of our color changing t-shirts and he said he was going to wear it one the show. So look for the fire breathing Coqui Frog to be making a guest appearance on  Ace of Cakes!
